There’s a particular privilege in position, the kind that can’t be redesigned or landscaped into being. Two further bedrooms each have their own en-suite and a private view of the Simonsberg range.
Materials throughout lean toward warm oak, natural stone, and soft linen, the kind of timeless palette that ages well. Outside, landscaping moves from the main patios and plunge pool through indigenous fynbos to a small seating area at the water’s edge, olive trees lit through the garden, bougainvillea over the pergolas. Just a little bit of Italy & France settled into the Franschhoek Winelands.
